Formatting toolbar offers you a button that will merge the selected cells and place the text center aligned. That button is ‘Merge and Center’. So, Format Cells dialog box, Alignment tab is the correct place to apply Merge Cells.

Sir, I think that the answer of above question is sheet1!A10 as you have to take from sheet1 to sheet3.
And
I don’t know answer of the following question and have doubt also in this answer.

In Excel you won’t need to select data range. Excel is smart enough to identify your data area and select it for you when you issue Sort command. However, if your data is not in contiguous columns (i.e. if there are blank columns in data range) you must select your range before you select Sort command. So option B is the correct answer.
